Raising Rooted Kids takes our educational values of free play, time outdoors, and resilience-building to the neighborhood spaces of Northwest Crossing! Join certified PreK-12 teacher & parent educator, Rhea Grogan, and her crew of 5-10 year-old kids for organized free play and snacks after school.
April 1- June 14.
Mondays & Tuesdays 2:15 pm- 4:45 pm.
Wednesdays, 12:45- 4:45 pm.

Kids who guide their play handle difficult situations better, listen to their intuition better, tap into more creativity, and keep themselves safer than those who spend the majority of afterschool hours in structured activities or on screens.
Mon/Tues = $175/month
Wed plus additional day = $225/month

We will start and end on the grassy area in front of High Lakes Elementary. Each day will hold a new adventure for optional self-guided play with K-4th grade peers!
Play options will vary with the weather conditions. No school = no session (4/10, 4/11, 4/12, 5/27)
PLEASE BRING: full water bottle, outdoor clothing, preferred toys, optional scooters/bikes for traveling between parks.
PROVIDED: a hearty, balanced snack.
